We advised our very first client in the rebuild of an entire fixed-income trading business. That 2009 assignment launched QSS Advisors. In 2011 we went buy-side, and have developed an extensive track record with Global Macro & Relative Value hedge funds across G10 and EM markets.
QSS has built long-standing relationships, due to a thoughtful, qualitative approach matching candidates to long-term career roles. We are the advisory firm, with a polar opposite mindset to broker and volume-driven recruiters.
We have placed all over the World in most major financial centers. Prior to the pandemic our track record of hires was concentrated on the London and New York metro areas. This dynamic is changing with a result we expect candidates to have an ever increasing choice of business locations.
QSS has managed more than one hundred placements, extensively portfolio managers and traders. Within Macro Liquid Markets, we are leading in certain niche micro focused areas of fixed income asset classes. Those specialisms include Global EM Macro and Interest Rate VOL trading. We have negotiated multi-million dollar guarantees up to and exceeding $5m.
